What is the custom-made database service for?
The custom-made database service allows RIC3D to implement tailored databases for archiving and managing 2D and 3D diagnostic images. Flexible search and reporting functions help organize data efficiently and integrate CT scans into platforms for surgical simulation.
What does functional prototyping involve?
Functional prototyping involves creating highly detailed and realistic 3D functional models of specific human organs, starting from CT or MRI scans. These models can support personalized care studies, surgical planning, medical device customization and pre-operative training activities.
What does modelling & simulation mean for RIC3D?
The modelling & simulation service involves creating digital mockups and models for in silico simulation, virtual prototyping and surgical simulation. The goal is to support evaluations during the proof-of-concept phase while optimizing development time and costs.
Who are RIC3D’s training workshops designed for?
Training workshops are designed in particular for doctors, designers, engineers, companies and institutions interested in immersive technologies applied to the B2B field. The courses help participants understand their developments, potential and application areas.
