OUR R&D PROJECTS

RIC3D has started and consolidated its activities in the Med-Tech sector through R&D projects characterized by advanced technologies of 3D modeling, 3D printing and Virtual Reality, aimed not only at medical training and education, but also as a surgical simulator for healthcare professionals.
In the field of Sustainable Tourism, RIC3D has applied the digital technologies of AR and Mixed Reality – implemented by its own development team – in the creation of an App for smartphones and new generation devices.

Introducing a new circular economy concept linking the Medical, IT and Design sectors.

TRATOO - Bologna

Enhancement of sustainable tourism in the city of Bologna through a platform, consisting of App and web portal, promoting themed tourist itineraries.

A4W - Art For Women (Phase 1)

Creation of an online community dedicated to young women and women’s businesses with a focus on social impact, and development of an app to enable the creation of a portfolio of art products that can be sold directly online.

Internationalization in the United States of two proprietary technologies: the ROG software platform, based on artificial intelligence for the generation of personalized three-dimensional organ models, and a patented resin that is biocompatible, sterilizable, insulating, and moisture-resistant.
