The A4W project aims to develop a mobile application that engages a community of young people, women and social enterprises in cultural and artistic activities. A4W is developed in line with the PNRR, paying special attention to the digital transition of the cultural-creative sector. The mission is to generate a social virtuous circle, both locally, nationally and internationally, to support the employment stability of professionals in the cultural and artistic field.

Objective: To promote the advancement of the technological maturity level of Italian cultural and creative organizations and make them competitive internationally in terms of digital cultural offerings.

Youth and women’s skills hub

Goals

  • Promote online cultural, artistic and social activities involving young people, women and businesses with a strong social character through the development of a mobile application.
  • Create a portfolio of artistic products that can be purchased directly from the application.
  • Build a community of skills and soft skills to facilitate the meeting of app users with businesses and stakeholders.
  • Develop research and development (R&D) projects that use innovative technologies and actively involve the application community.
  • Foster moments of social sharing and inclusion through the organization of online events and workshops.
