RIC3D’s adventure at BIAT 2021 ended on Friday 22 September, the initiative created as part of the Export South 2 Plan with the aim of creating a meeting point between the most innovative companies in the area (innovative startups and SMEs, research centers, incubators) and foreign operators – including business angels, companies active in Open Innovation, investment funds, as well as scientific and technological partners from the most developed markets.
From the point of view of the company’s international projection, the first day of BIAT meetings already proved fruitful for RIC3D: in fact, Clara Bernasco (CEO of RIC3D) and Riccardo Roggeri (CEO of the incubator Techinnova S.p.A. and Scientific Director of RIC3D) had the opportunity to meet Daria Shunina (Head of International Relations with Startups on behalf of Skolkovo Innovation Center) to sign the Agreement with the acceleration program. Thanks to the important mediation work of the Techinnova incubator, therefore, RIC3D was one of the five startups selected by the Russian incubator Skolkovo Innovation Center to participate in the acceleration program scheduled – in virtual mode – from November 22 to 26, 2021.
Skolkovo Innovation Center is a technology hub that resembles a small city of innovation, capable of enclosing startups, innovation players, academics and companies in one place. Also known as the “Russian Silicon Valley,” it is a planned technology area in Skolkovo, just outside Moscow. The strategic goal of the Skolkovo Innovation Center is to bring together international intellectual assets, thus stimulating the development of innovative projects and technologies.
For RIC3D, whose glocal vocation is leading it to undertake with increasing frequency paths of internationalization, this is an important milestone in terms of marketing and transfer of its products and services, innovative and high technology.
